Cards are made using a good quality white card, which measures approx 6 x 4 inches (15 x 10.5 cm), or if you are familiar with the postcard size A6/C6
This listing is for the design with a row of houses along the bottom, other designs are available
If you would like any of the text to be customised, then please message me with your details and I will create a digital proof for you to check before I print. I am happy to add email address or telephone contact details etc and/or change wording to I have moved, we have moved etc.
Cards can be supplied with or without envelopes - please choose from the drop down options when ordering.
For info, the envelopes are self sealing envelopes, no need to lick!
A Note on Delivery: Standard delivery is second class postage. If you require express delivery (first class) please add to your order before checking out. International delivery is by standard Royal Mail, if you require additional services, please contact me first.
All Items are sent either boxed or in cardboard envelopes depending on the quantity ordered.

Payments
Payments are best for me via Paypal, but I wll consider a cheque. Goods which are personalised and which have been printed cannot be cancelled, but any items which you change your mind about, which have not been specially printed, can be cancelled provided I have not already posted them.
Shipping from United Kingdom
I use Royal Mail delivery for all my items, unless buying is such quantities that a courier service would be cheaper. Any goods not received will be reported to Royal Mail and their policy for refund followed. If you would prefer to have your goods delivered via Recorded delivery, there is a small extra charge to cover this. I aim to post all items in stock within 48 hours. Customised orders, please contact me for delivery times.
Refunds
If you are not 100% happy with your goods, then please return them to me for a refund (excluding postage). I would kindly ask that you let me know what you may be unhappy with, so I can learn from the experience too!
